Requirements
- 7–10+ years of experience in Chief of Staff, product operations, BizOps, consulting, or similar operational/strategic roles.
- Proven track record of building and managing complex roadmaps, dashboards, and operating systems.
- Direct experience operating within a product organization, including scoping, building, measuring, and shipping products.
- Strong quantitative skills with the ability to analyze data, test metric definitions, and build strategic viewpoints.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively across all organizational levels, from strategic planning to detailed process fixing.
- High level of initiative and ability to deliver finished work without templates or direct oversight.
- Strong emotional intelligence and a collaborative, team-first mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, founder-led environment.
Responsibilities
- Own and optimize the product operating system to drive execution and accountability.
- Partner with leadership to develop a metrics-driven product strategy.
- Build the source of truth for company metrics and integrate AI to improve operational speed.
- Embed within the leadership team to guide agendas, triage roadmaps, and drive execution.
- Manage high-impact special projects that require strategic oversight and cross-functional collaboration.
- Represent the CEO's voice and vision across the organization.
