Requirements
- 8-12 years of progressive experience in strategic roles such as chief of staff, management consulting, corporate strategy, or revenue operations leadership.
- Proven track record leading cross-functional projects and influencing senior stakeholders in matrixed organizations.
- Executive presence and confidence in managing conversations with Board members and C-Suite leaders.
- Advanced proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce) and business intelligence tools.
- Strong analytics and reporting capabilities with experience translating data into actionable business insights.
- Demonstrated success in building scalable processes and operating systems.
- Exceptional written communication skills, with experience documenting in public and operating in an async environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to travel as needed to support the CRO.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor and thought partner to the CRO and revenue leadership on strategy, initiatives, and organizational priorities.
- Drive leadership operations including weekly executive staff meetings, QBRs, and strategic planning cycles.
- Lead the CRO team's goal-setting and tracking across the global revenue organization.
- Triage escalations and drive cross-functional resolution of complex business blockers and customer issues.
- Serve as CRO proxy in reviewing account plans and managing key customer and partner meetings.
- Serve as CRO Board Liaison, prepare board materials, investor updates, and collaborate on executive presentations.
- Maintain strategic partnerships with internal teams like Sales Strategy & Analytics, Field Operations, Finance, and People to drive alignment.
