Requirements
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a Project Management role.
- Experience in the media industry, preferably at a media agency.
- Experience with pharmaceutical clients is preferred.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Wrike, Asana, Jira, Trello, Microsoft Project).
- Understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Scrum, Agile).
- Expertise in media execution across channels, digital media best practices, and campaign workflows.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Adobe Acrobat.
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop detailed project schedules, work plans, and allocate resources.
- Manage day-to-day operational tasks and track project progress.
- Facilitate status meetings and serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders.
- Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve issues.
- Maintain project documentation including budgets, status reports, and schedules.
- Monitor deliverables to ensure quality standards are met and coordinate approvals.
