Requirements
- Demonstrable experience in legal operations, legal operations administration or a related legal-services, transformation, process-improvement or operational-delivery environment.
- Experience supporting legal processes, CLM implementation or optimisation, legal technology, reporting, data, knowledge management or stakeholder communications.
- Strong organisational, commercial-awareness, stakeholder-management and communication skills.
- Good AI literacy and the ability to use AI-enabled tools to improve legal workflows, streamline processes, analyse information and enhance operational delivery.
- Ability to apply appropriate judgement and oversight.
Responsibilities
- Support the design, delivery and continuous improvement of legal processes, workflows, operating models and service-delivery approaches.
- Help implement, manage and optimise legal technology and CLM systems, including workflows, user adoption, reporting, data, knowledge management and intake processes.
- Plan, coordinate and deliver legal operations initiatives, working across multiple workstreams, stakeholders, deadlines and business priorities.
- Partner with legal, sales, procurement, finance and business teams to improve efficiency, manage risk and deliver practical, scalable support.
