Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, data analysis, and reporting.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Internship, co-op, part-time, or project experience in procurement, supply chain, finance, purchasing, operations, or a related field.
- Experience working with ERP systems or procurement software.
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools such as Power BI.
Responsibilities
- Analyze procurement, spending, and supplier data to identify trends and cost-saving opportunities.
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and tracking tools using Microsoft Excel.
- Assist with purchase order creation, processing, and tracking.
- Support vendor onboarding and maintain accurate supplier records.
- Monitor contract and purchase order compliance.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather purchasing requirements and resolve procurement-related issues.
- Track and report key procurement metrics, including spend, savings, and supplier performance.
- Reconcile procurement records and help ensure data accuracy across systems.
- Assist with sourcing activities, including gathering vendor quotes and conducting market research.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and documentation for management review.
