Requirements
- 3+ years of project management experience, ideally focused on SaaS or enterprise applications.
- 4-year degree or equivalent work experience.
- Strong understanding of project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira, Smartsheet).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work across various stakeholders including Users, Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Product Management.
- Ability to triage and prioritize support requests against multiple projects.
- Proven ability to keep multiple projects on track with strong attention to detail.
- Healthcare industry experience preferred.
- CMMS familiarity preferred.
- Knowledge of Regulatory Agency Standards (NFPA, Joint Commission) is a plus.
- PMP or similar certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage small to medium-sized customers through end-to-end successful implementations and launches, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
- Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
- Project manage implementation tasks such as data migration, product training, and organizational roll-out strategies.
- Configure software and maintain a minimum of 70% productivity.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase.
- Conduct regular status meetings and provide clear, concise updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
- Train customers in product and implementation configurations onsite or virtually.
