Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data center site selection, real estate acquisition, infrastructure development, or related commercial real estate.
- Experience supporting hyperscale, cloud, or AI infrastructure customers.
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent, high-value real estate transactions.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through in project management.
- Working knowledge of power and utility infrastructure requirements.
- Understanding of fiber and carrier availability.
- Familiarity with zoning and permitting processes.
- Experience with regional tax incentive structures.
- Ability to coordinate across cross-functional internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Own the site selection project portfolio end to end across multiple active sites simultaneously.
- Coordinate cross-functional site reviews across Construction, Engineering, Network, Finance, Security, and Tax teams.
- Drive due diligence workflows, including data reviews and site visits.
- Manage lease negotiation logistics, including letters of intent, contract reviews, and execution.
- Maintain a single source of truth for site status and portfolio-level reporting to leadership.
- Identify and escalate risks, such as schedule slippage or data inconsistencies, to protect deal timelines.
- Support tax and incentive analysis by providing accurate site data to internal teams and partners.
