Job Details

6+ years of relevant program / project management experience delivering complex, cross-team initiatives.
Proven experience in managing technology projects with strong AWS expertise and a good understanding of cloud-based solutions.
Track record managing concurrent programs end-to-end across scope, schedule and budget.
Experience working directly with software engineers, engineering managers and SREs to drive outcomes.
Strong critical-path and dependency management skills.
Confident communication with all levels up to executive leadership.
Strong technical intuition to coordinate effectively with engineering teams.
Familiarity with security and governance programs (IAM, certification, logging, access elevation) and compliance frameworks such as SOX is preferred.
Experience with Atlassian (Jira and Confluence), and ServiceNow is preferred.

Own end-to-end delivery of a portfolio of concurrent cloud platform programs, coordinating across engineering and partner teams to manage scope, schedule and dependencies against the critical path.
Drive cost-savings program coordination, including tracking, reporting and surfacing risks to goals and achievements proactively.
Run intake and prioritization processes and keep priority pages and status sources current and trustworthy.
Serve as the central coordination point across teams, facilitating trade-off and negotiation discussions, driving alignment, and resolving roadblocks.
Build reports, scorecards and dashboards to communicate program status to leadership.
Chase security and governance partner initiatives end-to-end, removing impediments and keeping delivery on track.
Drive AI transformation by discovering opportunities, implementing AI adoption and business innovation.
