Requirements
- 6+ years of relevant program or project management experience delivering complex, cross-team initiatives.
- Proven experience in cloud infrastructure or platform environments.
- Strong AWS expertise and understanding of cloud-based solutions and delivery.
- Track record of managing concurrent programs end-to-end across scope, schedule, and budget.
- Experience working directly with software engineers, engineering managers, and SREs.
- Strong dependency management and the ability to build complex plans and proactively mitigate risk.
- Confident communication skills, able to adapt messages for all levels including executive leadership.
- Technical intuition to coordinate effectively with engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of a portfolio of concurrent cloud platform programs, coordinating across engineering and partner teams.
- Drive cost-savings program coordination, including tracking, reporting and surfacing risks to goals.
- Run intake and prioritization processes and maintain status documentation.
- Serve as the central coordination point across teams to facilitate trade-off discussions and resolve roadblocks.
- Build reports, scorecards, and dashboards to communicate program status to leadership.
- Manage security and governance partner initiatives, removing impediments to keep delivery on track.
- Drive AI transformation by discovering opportunities and implementing AI adoption.
