Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in technical program management within software, SaaS, or systems development environments.
- Demonstrated track record of leading large-scale, cross-team software delivery programs to successful completion.
- Comfort operating in a fully remote, async-first work environment.
- Ability to communicate clearly and build credibility with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executives.
- Strong influence skills to drive outcomes without direct reporting relationships.
- High attention to detail with a bias toward execution grounded in data.
- Technical fluency to identify planning risks and discuss architecture/dependencies with senior engineers.
- Experience with Linear, Jira, or equivalent project management tooling at scale.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Engineering, Product, and Design teams to structure and drive complex, cross-team initiatives.
- Design systems for tracking, reporting, and escalation to surface project risks and progress.
- Develop processes to ensure launch readiness is predictable and coordinated across functions.
- Clarify project priorities and scope to provide async teams with the context needed to maintain momentum.
- Build stakeholder relationships through clear, transparent written communication.
- Identify project bottlenecks and develop solutions or trade-off assessments to keep delivery on track.
- Map dependencies across projects and teams without shared reporting lines.
- Hold cross-functional partners accountable while tracking risks and facilitating unblocking activities.
