Requirements
- Strong online research skills with the ability to gather accurate information quickly.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational habits.
- CRM experience (Bullhorn is preferred).
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision.
- Interest in the insurance or recruiting industry is a plus.
- USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature.
- Working webcam.
- Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM.
- Main internet service speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection.
- Backup internet service speed: at least 10 Mbps.
Responsibilities
- Update company profiles, contacts, job postings, and organizational details in Bullhorn CRM.
- Research insurance carriers, MGAs, and brokers to identify decision-makers and hiring contacts.
- Gather contact information and reporting structures for target leads.
- Monitor client and prospect websites and job boards for newly posted roles.
- Flag new job opportunities for recruiter outreach.
- Build target company lists and track hiring trends.
- Provide quick research summaries to support the business development team.
