Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in program management, PMO leadership, infrastructure delivery, data center development, or large-scale capital programs.
  • 5+ years of people leadership experience, including managing senior program managers or cross-functional PMO teams.
  • Demonstrated success aligning senior internal stakeholders across technical, commercial, operational, financial, legal, and executive functions.
  • Strong ability to influence without direct authority and drive accountability across matrixed organizations.
  • Proven experience executing established portfolio governance, program reporting, risk review, and change governance processes.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-site, multi-stakeholder programs with significant capital, schedule, and operational dependencies.
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen, including familiarity with CapEx planning, budget tracking, forecasting, and procurement dependencies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex program information for executive audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the central coordination and alignment leader across internal teams involved in data center infrastructure delivery.
  • Build trusted partnerships with functional leaders across Development, Engineering, Construction, Power, Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Legal, Network, Operations, Security, and Commercial teams.
  • Lead the Data Center Infrastructure PMO, including governance structure, program cadence, and executive reporting rhythm.
  • Develop executive dashboards, steering committee materials, and leadership reporting to communicate program health, risks, and dependencies.
  • Serve as the connective tissue across internal delivery teams to ensure workstreams are integrated and sequenced effectively.
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing PMO team of program managers, portfolio managers, and analysts.
