Requirements
- 6–10+ years of experience in a hybrid delivery/sales role within consulting or professional services.
- Demonstrated experience scoping service engagements and accountability for project success.
- Track record in scoping and delivering $50K–$1M services engagements.
- History building account plans and roadmaps that carry a single pilot into a broader, multi-phase rollout.
- Comfort stepping into an account and owning activation and expansion.
- Strong relationship-building skills with senior client stakeholders such as CIOs, CTOs, or CDOs.
- Ability to structure complex problems and drive them to resolution in a matrixed environment.
- Hands-on AI/data competency in agentic AI/LLM solutions (e.g., RAG, MCP-style servers, agent orchestration, evals).
- Direct experience with Anthropic or a comparable LLM/agentic AI platform.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% based on client needs.
Responsibilities
- Lead activation for newly landed Anthropic-focused accounts, rapidly moving them from initial interest into well-scoped, active engagements.
- Own end-to-end delivery oversight for accounts to identify technical and delivery risk early.
- Build and maintain documented account plans and use-case backlogs to drive multi-phase AI transformation programs.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders (IT and line-of-business) to shape AI and data roadmaps.
- Partner with Anthropic’s field team and internal Sales, Marketing, and Delivery leadership to identify and close expansion opportunities.
- Provide strategic leadership during executive meetings, QBRs, and roadmap discussions.
- Mentor team members and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Contribute to internal playbooks and repeatable patterns for driving AI and data outcomes.
