Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Systems Development Analysis or similar.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Proficiency in Python, PySpark, Scala, and SQL.
- Ability to design scalable, reliable, and secure data pipeline architectures.
- Experience with data quality processes, monitoring, and failure handling mechanisms.
- Knowledge of CI/CD principles for automated pipelines.
- Familiarity with data exchange API development.
- Experience applying Agile methodologies.
- Understanding of machine learning capability principles.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and maintenance of data services and solutions supporting BEES infrastructure.
- Design efficient data models utilizing normalization, denormalization, and dimensional modeling concepts.
- Implement architectural and process improvements to enhance the performance and monitoring of data products.
- Develop and maintain secure data ingestion, processing, and provisioning workflows.
- Integrate data sets with visualization tools to generate reports and dashboards.
- Design, develop, and maintain APIs for application data exchange.
- Apply Agile practices to deliver data engineering projects effectively.
