Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Big Data, or related Software Engineering roles.
- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL for complex data processing.
- Hands-on experience with Apache Spark/PySpark, Delta Lake, and Data Mesh principles.
- Strong expertise in AWS data services (S3, Glue, Athena, EventBridge, Firehose, Lambda).
- Experience with data orchestration technologies like Apache Airflow.
- Experience with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, AWS Redshift, or Google BigQuery.
- Experience designing real-time streaming architectures using Apache Kafka or AWS Kinesis.
- Familiarity with modern data transformation and modeling tools like dbt.
- Knowledge of DevOps/DataOps practices, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Advanced English proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain high-throughput, low-latency batch and streaming data pipelines.
- Design, scale, and optimize cloud data warehouse and lakehouse architectures.
- Collaborate with Data Scientists, Software Engineers, and Product Managers to build reliable data solutions.
- Implement and enforce data quality frameworks, automated testing, and monitoring.
- Drive the adoption of DataOps practices including CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code.
- Champion data governance, privacy, and security standards.
- Mentor and guide junior and mid-level Data Engineers.
