Requirements
- 6-9+ years in product management with significant ownership of a core, revenue-driving product area.
- Proven track record building high-quality, scaled software, ideally including creation tools, editors, or publishing surfaces.
- Deep experience with content creation online.
- Data-informed decision-making and quantitative analysis skills.
- Strong product judgment and prioritization capability.
- Systems thinking and building for scale.
- Deep collaboration skills with design regarding craft and visual quality.
- Cross-functional influence and collaboration without authority.
- Strong AI fluency, with comfort using AI tools daily and evaluating their application in product improvements.
- Clear written and verbal communication.
- Bonus: Publishing or content creation expertise.
Responsibilities
- Own core product surfaces end-to-end, including email editors, landing pages, forms, and newsletter sites.
- Identify opportunities and ship high-impact products for creators.
- Align the company on a broader vision and product strategy.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, Success, and Sales teams.
- Measure and communicate product impact and outcomes.
- Drive long-term vision for a product area in close partnership with design.
