Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of digital sales experience.
- Proven track record of digital sales quota achievement.
- Experience selling digital marketing products such as Search, Social, and Programmatic.
- BA/BS degree.
- Advanced knowledge of digital research tools and methodologies.
- Superior presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Valid driver’s license and car insurance.
- IAB Certification (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Manage sales pipeline and meet individual and team digital sales goals.
- Cultivate new business while nurturing relationships with local businesses and agencies.
- Serve as the expert digital sales resource for the team, assisting with closing and strategy.
- Own the full pre- and post-sale process to ensure client objectives are met.
- Interpret performance reports to provide data-driven campaign recommendations.
- Coach, mentor, and train the sales team on digital products and industry trends.
- Participate in regular virtual team meetings to foster collaboration.
