Job Details

5+ years of experience designing and developing highly available, high-scale, secure, mission-critical cloud-native enterprise distributed systems.
Strong proficiency in Java or Go.
Solid knowledge of AWS ecosystems (Lambda, EKS, DynamoDB, Kafka).
Hands-on experience with cloud-native infrastructure, microservices patterns, and building highly resilient systems.
Practical experience using AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Claude, Cursor) to accelerate software delivery.
Experience building and maintaining high-volume public-facing APIs.
Experience with high-throughput data processing and storage solutions (SQL/NoSQL, Redis, Kafka, or Spark).
Familiarity with Kubernetes, Terraform, and modern CI/CD paradigms.
Demonstrated ability to influence technical decisions through strong communication.

Contribute to technical design and roadmap for core platform components, transitioning legacy systems to modern cloud-native microservices.
Actively leverage AI coding assistants like GitHub Copilot and Claude to automate boilerplate, generate test suites, and prototype solutions.
Drive technical excellence and end-to-end ownership of components, balancing feature delivery with reliability and security.
Partner with Product Managers to translate regulatory requirements into technical specifications and developer-first APIs.
Mentor junior engineers through code reviews, tech talks, and technical guidance.
Identify and resolve technical risks and performance bottlenecks, while managing on-call responsibilities and incident resolution.
Author design documents, RFCs, and operational runbooks.
