- Comfortable collaborating in fast-paced, agile engineering environments.

Responsibilities
- Partner with Product, Design, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Design and implement robust, scalable, and reliable software solutions within a microservices architecture.
- Contribute to the full software development lifecycle from design through testing, deployment, and monitoring.
- Promote modern software engineering practices through architecture discussions and peer code reviews.
- Develop high-quality, maintainable code and expand automated test coverage.
- Support production stability by improving monitoring and observability for feature launches.
- Improve CI/CD practices to enable efficient delivery.
- Establish technical standards and scalable development processes.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team technical growth.
- Work collaboratively in agile sprints to manage multiple priorities.
