Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in MIS, CIS, or a similar field.
- 6+ years of experience in product management or a technical role within software development lifecycles.
- Hands-on expertise in JIRA, Confluence, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with microservices architecture and decomposing monoliths.
- Familiarity with frontend frameworks, specifically React.
- Understanding of DevOps and CI/CD pipelines like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Circle CI.
- Knowledge of Identity & Access Management (IAM) and SSO protocols (SAML, OIDC, OAuth 2.0).
- Experience designing and maintaining APIs (REST, GraphQL, or gRPC).
- Familiarity with feature flagging frameworks such as LaunchDarkly.
- Knowledge of event-driven architecture and message queues like Kafka.
- Proficiency with relational databases (MySQL/MariaDB) and data warehouse platforms (BigQuery).
Responsibilities
- Conduct user, customer, and market research to inform product strategy.
- Evaluate and prioritize opportunities based on business impact, technical complexity, and engineering capacity.
- Lead the discovery and delivery of technical initiatives like API solutions and cloud-native applications.
- Refine the product backlog with clear user stories and technical requirements in JIRA and Confluence.
- Partner with Engineering and Architecture to define solutions and ensure scalable system design.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies to maximize team effectiveness and predictable delivery.
- Drive cross-functional execution by managing dependencies and stakeholder communication.
- Monitor product success metrics and communicate insights to leadership.
