Requirements
- 1+ years of industry professional software development experience.
- Track record of building impactful products or systems.
- Skilled at writing logical and maintainable code.
- Experience providing clear feedback in code reviews.
- Strong data insight and ability to rely on data for decisions.
- Ability to collaborate across cross-functional strategies and involve key stakeholders.
- Technical proficiency to understand the design and implementation of projects.
- Ability to participate in a shared on-call rotation including occasional after-hours, weekend, and holiday coverage.
- Experience in Ruby and Go is preferred.
- Experience building and maintaining scalable data ingestion pipelines is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Solve strategically essential technical problems, including building highly scalable foundational platforms and revamping existing core application experiences.
- Scrutinize and reason clearly about technology and architecture.
- Build scalable, efficient, and stable software to power electric vehicles and related features.
- Participate in cross-functional collaboration with PMs, engineers, design, data scientists, research, and operations teams.
- Contribute to shaping the overall engineering culture.
- Participate in the team's on-call rotation, responding to incidents, troubleshooting issues, and contributing to root cause analysis and service reliability improvements.
