- Meticulous attention to detail with zero tolerance for visual inconsistencies on a live website.
- Clear, concise communication skills for collaborating with external photographers and editors.
- Proficiency in working with spreadsheets and asset management systems.
- KPI-driven mindset with experience reporting on QC metrics and image coverage.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced e-commerce environment with regular catalogue updates.
- Passionate about photography, visual content, and product presentation.
Responsibilities
- Quality-check AI-generated model images for colour accuracy, fit, cropping, and background consistency.
- Create AI lifestyle imagery featuring models wearing glasses, adhering to brand aesthetics.
- Manage photoshoot lists, brief internal photographers, and track delivery timelines.
- Compile and manage editing briefs for retouching and background removal with photo editors.
- Audit website images to identify gaps or non-compliant visuals and maintain standards documentation.
- Upload approved assets to the website and maintain organized file storage systems.
- Report on image coverage and QC metrics against defined KPIs to the Merchandising Team.
