Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on paid search experience executing at significant scale ($20M+ annual spend).
- Deep, practical expertise in value-based bidding (tROAS, Smart Bidding value rules).
- Strong command of Google Ads and Microsoft/Bing Ads campaign management.
- Fluency with LTV-based performance frameworks.
- Proficiency with Looker or comparable BI tools.
- Strong analytical foundation.
- Ability to work in a remote-first environment within the United States (excluding Hawaii).
Responsibilities
- Execute day-to-day operations for the Paid Search program across Therapy and Psychiatry service lines.
- Optimize paid search campaigns for patient starts and lifetime value.
- Manage and execute value-based bidding strategies within Google Ads.
- Maintain Google Ads and Microsoft/Bing Ads campaigns using smart bidding, audience segmentation, and automated rules.
- Collaborate with Analytics, Finance, and Brand teams to build technically sophisticated and mission-aligned campaigns.
