Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Analytics, Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of progressive experience in Business Intelligence, analytics, enterprise reporting, data platforms, or a closely related discipline.
  • 4+ years of people leadership experience, ideally within a global, complex, or matrixed organization.
  • Proven experience developing and executing enterprise BI strategy, governance, adoption, and product delivery.
  • Deep technical expertise with Power BI, DAX, SQL, semantic models, data modeling, governance, security, and performance optimization.
  • Experience with cloud-based data platforms and enterprise applications, including ERP and CRM environments.
  • Strong understanding of data governance, KPI standardization, reporting architecture, and enterprise data management.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, portfolio prioritization, backlog management, release processes, and JIRA governance.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, influencing, and executive presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 15% as required.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, develop, and mentor a global, multi-level Business Intelligence organization.
  • Define and execute the enterprise BI strategy, roadmap, governance framework, and reporting portfolio.
  • Oversee enterprise analytics and reporting platforms, including Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Oracle Fusion OTBI/BIP, and Salesforce reporting.
  • Establish and maintain standards for BI architecture, KPI definitions, data governance, and security.
  • Own the complete BI product lifecycle, from business intake through deployment and support.
  • Lead the modernization of legacy reporting environments and migration toward future-state analytics platforms.
  • Build governed self-service analytics programs to empower business users while maintaining data integrity.
  • Partner with global business and technology stakeholders to prioritize investments and maximize value.
  • Communicate strategy, progress, risks, and measurable business outcomes to executive stakeholders.
