Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Analytics, Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- 6+ years of progressive experience in Business Intelligence, analytics, enterprise reporting, data platforms, or a closely related discipline.
- 4+ years of people leadership experience, ideally within a global, complex, or matrixed organization.
- Proven experience developing and executing enterprise BI strategy, governance, adoption, and product delivery.
- Deep technical expertise with Power BI, DAX, SQL, semantic models, data modeling, governance, security, and performance optimization.
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms and enterprise applications, including ERP and CRM environments.
- Strong understanding of data governance, KPI standardization, reporting architecture, and enterprise data management.
- Experience with Agile methodologies, portfolio prioritization, backlog management, release processes, and JIRA governance.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, influencing, and executive presentation skills.
- Ability to travel up to 15% as required.
Responsibilities
- Lead, develop, and mentor a global, multi-level Business Intelligence organization.
- Define and execute the enterprise BI strategy, roadmap, governance framework, and reporting portfolio.
- Oversee enterprise analytics and reporting platforms, including Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Oracle Fusion OTBI/BIP, and Salesforce reporting.
- Establish and maintain standards for BI architecture, KPI definitions, data governance, and security.
- Own the complete BI product lifecycle, from business intake through deployment and support.
- Lead the modernization of legacy reporting environments and migration toward future-state analytics platforms.
- Build governed self-service analytics programs to empower business users while maintaining data integrity.
- Partner with global business and technology stakeholders to prioritize investments and maximize value.
- Communicate strategy, progress, risks, and measurable business outcomes to executive stakeholders.
