Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of product analytics experience, Master's degree with 4+ years, or 8+ years without a degree.
- Prior experience embedded within a consumer-facing digital product organization.
- Proven ability to influence product roadmap and prioritization decisions with data.
- Strong proficiency in SQL.
- Advanced skills in PowerBI.
- Basic Python proficiency.
- Proven experience with product funnel and behavioral event data.
- A/B testing experience, including test design and statistical interpretation.
- Experience with clear stakeholder communication.
- Deep familiarity with the product development lifecycle and the role of analytics in each stage.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary analytics partner to your assigned product team, participating in sprint reviews, PI planning, and discovery sessions.
- Own the measurement plan for your assigned product portfolio, defining KPIs, funnels, and success metrics.
- Act as the first touchpoint for product leader data needs, identifying and delivering solutions through internal data teams.
- Evaluate digital product strategy effectiveness and recommend adjustments to drive desired outcomes.
- Build and maintain product performance dashboards in PowerBI to support active product decision-making.
- Analyze member behavior, including funnel drop-off, feature adoption, session depth, and engagement patterns.
- Collaborate with Data Science teams to design and analyze A/B tests and experiments.
- Write and maintain SQL and Python code to support analysis and automate recurring data pulls.
- Translate complex findings into clear, opinionated recommendations for product managers and senior leadership.
