Requirements
- 5+ years in business development, partnerships, or strategy consulting.
- Track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
- Experience building 0-to-1, such as launching a new partnership category or entering a new market.
- Background combining consulting/structured problem-solving, BD/sales execution, and early-stage startup operations.
- Demonstrated ability to engage senior external stakeholders.
- Ability to navigate large partner organizations independently.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mind and strong judgment for complex, long-cycle deal structures.
Responsibilities
- Build and run the partnerships pipeline for new product lines from initial outreach to signed agreement and onboarding.
- Lead insurance carrier and partner conversations to qualify fit and structure custom value propositions.
- Design creative deal structures for non-standard partnerships.
- Manage partner success post-close to ensure long-term engagement and ramp.
- Contribute to vertical strategy by analyzing market feedback to inform product sequencing and deal structuring.
