Requirements
- 7+ years of PR, communications, or marketing experience in an agency environment.
- Proven experience with healthcare business sectors such as managed care, health plans, care delivery, and hospitals.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute integrated communications programs.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare media and business landscape.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling capabilities.
- Experience managing multiple client accounts and cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and support junior staff.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead integrated communications programs for organizations shaping the Business of Health.
- Develop strategic integrated communications plans to build brand credibility and measurable business impact.
- Provide high-level counsel on messaging, industry trends, and media engagement.
- Manage multiple account teams, including budget forecasting and resource allocation.
- Build and maintain relationships with top-tier healthcare, business, and technology media.
- Mentor direct reports and contribute to new business development efforts.
