Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate sales, fundraising business development, marketing, or strategic alliances.
- Strong preference for non-profit experience in a chapter-based model.
- Experience managing accounts in Salesforce or a similar platform.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written, verbal, and public speaking communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, research, and analytical skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information and deal with complex donor/client relationships.
- Knowledge of Better Business Bureau standards for charitable solicitations is desired.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications or related field preferred.
- Ability to travel within the United States up to 30%.
- Ability to work outside of normal business hours including evenings and weekends as required.
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of a multimillion-dollar portfolio of national corporate accounts, including cause campaigns and fundraising programs.
- Develop and enhance corporate partnerships through strategic planning, relationship building, and negotiation.
- Negotiate corporate contract renewals and ensure adherence to Foundation guidelines, BBB standards, and commercial regulations.
- Analyze industry trends, portfolio performance, and ROI to identify growth opportunities.
- Oversee local chapter implementation of national campaigns and serve as the primary point of contact for partnership activities.
- Maintain account information in Salesforce and provide insights to enhance partnership strategies.
