Salary$190,000 to $225,000 base salary. 20% target performance bonus. Total target cash compensation is $228,000 to $270,000.

Job Details

7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS growth, product marketing, brand, or category creation.
Proven experience opening a new market, geography, segment, or vertical from zero.
Ability to demonstrate work that shifted market perception and generated a qualified pipeline.
Expertise in balancing brand and demand generation strategies.
Strong copywriting skills with a track record of earning engagement on social platforms like X.
Proficiency in managing channels such as PPC, AEO, content, events, and partnerships.
Experience building positioning frameworks, launch plans, sales narratives, and competitive battlecards.
Deep research capabilities including customer interviews and field work.
Experience collaborating directly with founders in high-autonomy, ambiguous environments.
Daily, proficient use of AI tools for research, drafting, and analysis.

Develop and communicate a clear brand point of view across website, sales decks, events, and customer stories.
Establish a strong presence in relevant online communities (DTC, ecommerce, CX, and AI) to drive engagement.
Conduct deep research by interviewing customers, partners, and lost deals to inform product positioning.
Create and maintain sales battlecards to compete effectively against industry incumbents.
Manage a diverse portfolio of growth channels including PPC, AEO, content, events, and partnerships.
Define and execute GTM strategies for new market segments and enterprise verticals.
Set clear budgets and success criteria for all growth experiments, scaling successes and stopping underperforming bets.
