Requirements
- Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with generalist competencies.
- Strong background in managing voluntary and involuntary exits with legal compliance.
- Ability to analyze complex HR issues and provide practical solutions across different jurisdictions.
- Understanding of employee relations principles, progressive discipline, and investigation fundamentals.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and conflict management skills.
- Business-level proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Experience working in a remote, fast-paced, asynchronous environment.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to adapt to evolving systems and use automation tools.
- Strong automation and AI fluency.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working autonomously.
Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve end-to-end employee exits across multiple international jurisdictions.
- Provide guidance on termination, resignation, transfer procedures, and redundancy processes.
- Lead and facilitate consultation meetings, administrative hearings, and negotiations for separations.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders including legal counsel, payroll, and trade unions.
- Process offboarding documentation and maintain records within the HRIS platform.
- Conduct preliminary assessments of workplace concerns and monitor ongoing Employee Relations cases.
- Contribute to process improvements, automation, and product development initiatives.
