Requirements
- Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with generalist competencies.
- Proven background in managing voluntary and involuntary exits with sensitivity and legal compliance.
- Comprehensive understanding of employment laws and regulations across various jurisdictions.
- Ability to analyze complex HR issues and communicate practical recommendations in ambiguous environments.
- Basic understanding of employee relations principles, progressive discipline, and workplace investigation fundamentals.
- Excellent communication, influencing, conflict management, and negotiation skills.
- Business-level (advanced) proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Aptitude to innovate and optimize processes through automation.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to collaborate asynchronously on various tools.
- Demonstrates strong automation and AI capabilities and AI fluency.
- Ability to work autonomously and cohesively in a fast-paced, international, remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve end-to-end employee exits across multiple international jurisdictions.
- Provide guidance on termination, resignation, transfer procedures, and redundancy processes.
- Facilitate client meetings including workforce reduction consultations, negotiations, and termination deliveries.
- Draft, tailor, and administer termination and supplementary documentation with strict attention to confidentiality.
- Collaborate with internal teams like Legal, Payroll, and Customer Success to process offboarding in the HRIS.
- Conduct preliminary assessments of workplace concerns and guide clients through employee relations resources.
- Monitor ongoing employee relations cases and support clients with progressive disciplinary documentation.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement, automation, and product development.
