Requirements

  • Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with generalist competencies.
  • Proven background in managing voluntary and involuntary exits with sensitivity and legal compliance.
  • Comprehensive understanding of employment laws and regulations across various jurisdictions.
  • Ability to analyze complex HR issues and communicate practical recommendations in ambiguous environments.
  • Basic understanding of employee relations principles, progressive discipline, and workplace investigation fundamentals.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, conflict management, and negotiation skills.
  • Business-level (advanced) proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Aptitude to innovate and optimize processes through automation.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to collaborate asynchronously on various tools.
  • Demonstrates strong automation and AI capabilities and AI fluency.
  • Ability to work autonomously and cohesively in a fast-paced, international, remote environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and resolve end-to-end employee exits across multiple international jurisdictions.
  • Provide guidance on termination, resignation, transfer procedures, and redundancy processes.
  • Facilitate client meetings including workforce reduction consultations, negotiations, and termination deliveries.
  • Draft, tailor, and administer termination and supplementary documentation with strict attention to confidentiality.
  • Collaborate with internal teams like Legal, Payroll, and Customer Success to process offboarding in the HRIS.
  • Conduct preliminary assessments of workplace concerns and guide clients through employee relations resources.
  • Monitor ongoing employee relations cases and support clients with progressive disciplinary documentation.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement, automation, and product development.
