Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related technical or clinical field.
- 3 to 5+ years of experience in quality assurance, compliance, or safety management.
- At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or program-ownership capacity.
- Proven experience in healthcare quality and safety.
- Expertise in conducting root-cause analysis and translating findings into corrective actions.
- Experience building or scaling a quality/safety program.
- Ability to work across multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to travel regularly to support market adherence to quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Review existing quality and safety protocols and documentation standards.
- Meet with clinical and operations leaders to identify pain points and regulatory obligations.
- Map the regulatory landscape to identify compliance gaps and deadlines.
- Enhance processes for logging and triaging incidents, near-misses, and quality concerns.
- Update and maintain the company quality and safety playbook.
- Implement a metrics reporting plan covering audits, corrective actions, and trends.
- Deliver training for clinical staff on safety protocols, reporting, and risk management.
- Monitor daily quality metrics across care teams.
