Requirements
- 2–5 years' experience in QA/testing.
- At least 1 year of hands-on test automation experience.
- Practical experience with Cypress (selectors, custom commands, Page Object Model).
- Working knowledge of TypeScript or JavaScript (including asynchronous code).
- Experience with BDD / Cucumber / Gherkin.
- Ability to design and document clear, repeatable test scenarios.
- Proficiency with Git and GitHub (branching, pull requests, code review).
- Experience using JIRA or a similar tracking system.
- Nice to have: Experience testing React applications.
- Nice to have: Experience with Playwright.
- Nice to have: Exposure to API testing tools like Postman.
- Nice to have: Experience with performance or load testing (e.g., K6).
Responsibilities
- Write, maintain, and extend automated test suites using Cucumber, TypeScript, and Cypress.
- Own day-to-day quality for a specific module, including planning and testing stories.
- Design and document functional, regression, and integration test cases.
- Investigate and reproduce defects, raise bug reports in JIRA, and verify fixes.
- Maintain test health in CI pipelines and improve reporting.
- Interpret API documentation to create meaningful automated coverage.
