Requirements
- 5+ years in client management, account management, or operations within financial services, wealth management, or technology-driven environments.
- Prior experience managing client relationships with institutional banks or large financial institutions.
- Experience with estate planning is strongly preferred.
- Proven track record of managing high-value or complex client accounts and driving measurable results.
- Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration, problem-solving, and process improvement.
- Deep understanding of financial services workflows, client engagement strategies, or enterprise technology platforms.
- Strong organizational skills, excellent verbal and written communication.
- Technical fluency with SaaS platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams.
- High emotional intelligence, attention to detail, client-first mindset, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the strategic owner and primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of accounts, accountable for client health, retention, and revenue growth.
- Own the client lifecycle post-sale, driving successful deployment, adoption, and measurable value across client teams.
- Develop account strategies that align client goals with Wealth.com capabilities, identifying opportunities to deepen adoption and expand the partnership.
- Own renewal and expansion outcomes, proactively identifying revenue opportunities and managing commercial conversations across the account.
- Monitor platform usage, engagement, and client health to uncover growth opportunities, address adoption gaps, and proactively mitigate churn risk.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers, positioning yourself as a trusted strategic advisor to the client.
- Lead client meetings, business reviews, and strategic planning conversations with clear insights, recommendations, and actionable next steps.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Support, Compliance, and Sales to advocate for client needs, remove barriers, and drive successful outcomes.
- Maintain clear account plans, forecasts, opportunity tracking, and client documentation to ensure visibility into renewals, expansion opportunities, risks, and next steps.
- Identify repeatable strategies, best practices, and client insights that improve retention, expansion, and scalability.
