Requirements
- 5+ years in product management, product leadership, venture building, or a closely related role.
- Strong track record of building and launching systems, applications, or digital products.
- Hands-on experience working with development teams through the full product lifecycle.
- Experience scaling product distribution, adoption, or growth through product-led loops or partnerships.
- Practical experience using AI-native tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or Lovable.
- Working knowledge of AI agents and agentic workflows.
- Strong cross-functional leadership and ability to influence without formal authority.
- Strong product analytics and experimentation discipline.
- Systems thinking, commercial awareness, and a bias toward measurable outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead products, applications, and workflow systems from discovery and prototyping through launch, iteration, and scale.
- Translate user needs and commercial priorities into clear product bets, requirements, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
- Identify where AI agents, copilots, automation, or orchestration can create differentiated value.
- Design product-led and channel-led growth loops to expand reach and adoption.
- Create operating mechanisms, feedback loops, and decision frameworks that improve delivery speed and consistency.
- Define success metrics, run experiments, and use evidence to prioritize investments.
- Align stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Content Engineering, Growth, and commercial teams.
