Requirements
- 6+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Highly skilled in React, TypeScript, Next.js, Tailwind, and JavaScript.
- Experience with backend technologies including tRPC, Drizzle ORM, SQL, Node, and SST.
- Proven ability to work independently and own entire projects.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with experience taking products from 0 to 1.
- Experience building paid products and services preferred.
- React Native or Expo experience is a plus.
- Strong communication skills for articulating technical problems and constraints.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, unstructured startup environment.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and ship high-quality product experiences.
- Own key surfaces end to end, from concept through production.
- Work across the stack from the interface through the API to the database.
- Work AI-first with Cursor and Claude Code to scaffold and refactor code.
- Prototype fast and validate features with real patients and care teams.
- Build for scale by translating product needs into reusable, well-architected patterns.
- Make automation legible and trustworthy for patients and providers.
- Champion performance, accessibility, and reliability across the platform.
- Document AI-native prompts and workflows to improve team velocity.
