Requirements
- 3–6+ years of experience in social media management, SEO, digital marketing, or audience growth.
- Strong understanding of social media publishing platforms, algorithms, and engagement best practices.
- Experience executing technical and on-page SEO using tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Google Search Console.
- Proficiency working with website content management systems.
- Analytical mindset with experience using Google Analytics 4 and Looker Studio.
- High level of organization with the ability to manage multiple publishing workflows simultaneously.
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Familiarity with AI-powered marketing and SEO tools.
- Willingness to work night shift hours (Eastern Timezone).
- Must be equipped with necessary hardware including a laptop and headset.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily social media publishing calendars across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X.
- Optimize content for each platform using platform-specific best practices, hashtags, and accessibility standards.
- Monitor social media engagement, brand mentions, and executive/employee advocacy efforts.
- Execute technical and on-page SEO strategy, including keyword research and metadata optimization.
- Monitor website health via Google Search Console and SEO platforms to address indexing and crawlability.
- Develop and maintain performance dashboards to track organic growth, traffic, and keyword rankings.
- Translate analytical data into actionable recommendations for channel improvement.
- Identify and implement opportunities for workflow automation and AI-enabled digital operations.
