Job Details

Proven track record of building and launching new products to achieve product-market fit.
Experience developing agentic or AI-powered experiences in a B2B SaaS environment.
Working knowledge of LLMs, agent orchestration, RAG pipelines, and model selection.
Ability to act as a credible technical partner to engineering and AI/ML teams.
Strong product judgment and ability to translate complex capabilities into intuitive experiences.
Excellent product discovery, prioritization, and execution skills in ambiguous environments.
Highly metrics-driven with ability to establish success criteria before development.
Strong customer orientation with experience conducting direct discovery and validation.
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Highly autonomous and entrepreneurial mindset.
Proficiency in using AI tools for product management tasks such as research and prototyping.

Define and own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and success metrics for the assigned agentic product area.
Lead product discovery by validating customer problems, solutions, and willingness to pay.
Partner with engineering, design, and AI/ML teams to launch agentic B2B SaaS experiences.
Establish approaches for AI autonomy and human oversight to ensure trust and reliability.
Drive the product lifecycle from concept and experimentation through launch and scaled adoption.
Navigate the introduction of AI-driven paradigms within existing platforms.
Conduct deep discovery on proposal workflows including RFPs, security questionnaires, and DDQs.
Build alignment across executives, stakeholders, and customers regarding product vision and progress.
