Requirements
- Proven experience designing and building front-end products through to production.
- Strong design judgment and visual/product taste.
- Strong product instinct with the ability to challenge assumptions and validate ideas.
- Fluency in modern web development and front-end engineering practices.
- Demonstrated experience using AI tooling in design, prototyping, coding, and testing.
- Strong understanding of AI limitations and failure modes.
- Experience creating data-rich or complex interfaces for professional users.
- Ability to communicate with domain experts and translate complex workflows.
- Deep knowledge of responsive design, accessibility, and performance.
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary product squad.
Responsibilities
- Explore product opportunities through user research, experimentation, prototyping, and iterative design.
- Carry product concepts through to production-ready front-end experiences, combining design and implementation.
- Help define product scope by engaging with users, challenging assumptions, and validating problems.
- Design and build intuitive supervisory interfaces for AI-native workflows.
- Utilize AI tools across the product development lifecycle including research, design, and coding.
- Collaborate with software engineers to ensure experiences align with technical architecture.
- Own front-end quality including performance, accessibility, responsiveness, and cross-device compatibility.
