Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a Product Designer, UX Designer, or similar role.
- Strong background in SaaS, B2B, telecom, IoT, or complex operational products.
- Advanced systems and conceptual thinking to design scalable solutions for diverse business cases.
- Experience designing complex interfaces such as admin panels, dashboards, and multi-step configuration flows.
- Solid understanding of technical constraints including responsive design, API limitations, and data states.
- Hands-on proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools.
- Ability to conduct user research, usability testing, and synthesize feedback.
- Strong argumentation skills to defend design decisions and challenge product assumptions.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Fluency in Ukrainian and English.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design process from problem framing and task clarification to hypotheses, concepts, validation, and delivery.
- Translate complex B2B service, device management, connectivity, and billing processes into scalable UX solutions.
- Design interfaces for dashboards, analytics, device management, and operational workflows.
- Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, and workflow analysis to uncover user needs and business constraints.
- Develop and validate hypotheses through prototypes, usability testing, and iterative feedback.
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure technical feasibility, explain design decisions, and provide design QA during implementation.
- Contribute to the corporate design system and maintain clear design documentation.
