Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in User Experience Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Proficient in using AI tools daily in the design process.
- Strong in UX process, visual design, UI craft, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Proven ability to take features from 0 to 1, from problem statement to shipped product.
- Proficient in mobile app design patterns.
- High agency with a builder mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Fluency in German is considered a big plus.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end design for core app features from discovery to delivery.
- Leverage AI to enhance every step of the design process.
- Elevate the product experience from good to excellent.
- Run effective user research including interviews, usability tests, and surveys.
- Partner closely and proactively with PMs, engineers, and data scientists.
- Synthesize complex data into simple, elegant product decisions.
- Advocate for the user in a fast-moving, technical environment.
