Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive experience in HR systems administration, HRIS configuration, or HR technology operations.
- Deep functional expertise in ADP Workforce Now including configuration, reporting, and security roles.
- Proven track record of end-to-end business process design.
- Demonstrated ability to translate ambiguous business needs into functional system solutions.
- Experience with process automation and AI-assisted tooling to eliminate manual efforts.
- Strong data management and governance instincts with experience in building custom reports and data audits.
- SOX or audit compliance experience, including maintaining controls and evidence.
- Strong project management capability to handle high-volume requests and shifting priorities.
- Excellent communication skills to translate system outputs for stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a bias for action in ambiguous environments.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day ADP Workforce Now configuration, security roles, workflows, and system health.
- Take business requirements through configuration, testing, and post-launch validation.
- Own integration management across payroll, benefits, finance tools, and core HR platforms.
- Lead technical workstreams for systems, data, and integration projects across the organization.
- Replace manual, error-prone workflows with automated processes using AI-assisted tools.
- Maintain documented controls and gather audit evidence for SOX compliance.
- Establish data definitions, quality standards, and retention policies.
- Prepare, review, and analyze People data for executive-facing dashboards and reporting.
