Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in CRM management.
- Solid analytical mindset with excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong project management skills and ability to work in a self-directed manner.
- Proficiency in Python or JavaScript (preferred) for automation, data scripting, and integration tasks.
- Comfortable navigating budget and functionality tradeoffs.
- Ability to work during regular business hours (Mon-Fri) with potential off-shift support during maintenance.
- Availability for limited travel (1-2 times per year) for retreats.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert for best practices in CRM data management.
- Partner with teams across the organization to guide project planning and execution.
- Recommend solutions as a thought partner to business stakeholders.
- Administer finance tooling, CRM platforms, support ticketing systems, and HRIS.
- Define KPIs to measure IT effectiveness and report performance metrics.
- Estimate and track software and hardware costs during implementation.
- Document and diagram key system configurations and internal workflows.
- Identify, diagnose, and monitor integrations between the CRM and third-party tools.
