Requirements
- 6+ years in product management.
- 3+ years owning a data, identity, or measurement platform where the output was an interface.
- Deep understanding of ad tech ecosystems, attribution models, and segmentation frameworks.
- Technical expertise in MMP postback semantics (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Singular).
- Experience in event taxonomy, schema governance, and dictionary enforcement.
- Hands-on experience with data platforms and pipelines (e.g., Kafka, Snowflake, BigQuery, Spark, Airflow, dbt).
- Knowledge of privacy-preserving measurement including SKAdNetwork, IDFA/GAID deprecation, and consent systems.
- Proven ability to write and instrument data contracts.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or related field.
Responsibilities
- Own the identity and data platform for advertising and define it as a product other teams build against.
- Define the interface between the customer data platform and the ads stack, and productize Xsolla ID and the identity layer.
- Manage the canonical event taxonomy and schema across web and app surfaces.
- Oversee attribution and signal collection, including MMP integration, SDK-side signal capture, and identity resolution.
- Manage reporting APIs and Dashboard APIs to enable automated, scalable integrations for advertising clients.
- Specify real-time event paths for impressions, clicks, and conversions.
- Write and maintain data contracts, providing freshness and completeness guarantees, and instrumenting reliability.
- Ensure data infrastructure remains compliant with GDPR, CCPA, and ATT frameworks.
