- Strong communication skills with the ability to produce crisp plans, updates, and documentation.

Responsibilities
- Manage programs and initiatives across the global HR roadmap.
- Build plans, milestones, workstreams, and clear ownership.
- Coordinate across HR, Finance, Legal, IT, and other teams.
- Drive decisions, manage risks and dependencies, and keep stakeholders aligned.
- Build repeatable workflows and tools that help HR execute at scale.
