Requirements
- Direct experience building agentic or AI-driven experiences within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of launching new products, achieving product-market fit, and driving adoption.
- Strong technical understanding of LLMs, agent orchestration, and RAG pipelines.
- Experience managing product discovery, prioritization, and execution in ambiguous, early-stage environments.
- Ability to partner effectively with engineering teams without needing to write code.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to operate independently and self-direct in a remote-first culture.
- Experience with enterprise workflows, sales tech, or proposal/RFP automation is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for agentic proposal automation.
- Drive discovery to validate problem, solution, and customer willingness-to-pay.
- Collaborate with engineering and design to build and ship agentic product experiences.
- Partner with AI/ML teams on agent orchestration, model selection, and reliability trade-offs.
- Set clear success metrics and ensure accountability for each phase of product development.
- Communicate vision, progress, and performance metrics to executive leadership and stakeholders.
