Requirements
- Prior experience operating with high autonomy and accountability for product outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to own roadmaps with significant revenue impact.
- Technical aptitude sufficient to gain trust of engineering and design stakeholders.
- Strong evidence of data-driven decision-making and performance tracking.
- Experience navigating complex cross-departmental problems.
- Capacity to defend and execute difficult strategic product decisions.
- Experience building consumer products with engagement loops and habit formation preferred.
- Experience with marketplace, e-commerce, or fulfillment systems preferred.
- Familiarity with digital economies, site currencies, and payment rails preferred.
- Experience with live operations and in-product economy design preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own the health and enhancement of the BOXED economy, including gems, shards, and site balance.
- Manage the end-to-end customer journey from onboarding and activation to gamification, retention, and fulfillment.
- Propose and sequence the product roadmap to drive customer and business outcomes.
- Conduct quantitative data analysis and qualitative research to inform product strategy.
- Oversee the inventory pipeline to balance sourcing constraints with consumer product offerings.
