Requirements
- 5+ years in product management with experience operating at high levels of scope and ambiguity.
- Proven experience as a senior individual contributor at a product-led company.
- Deep understanding of product-led growth (activation, onboarding, retention, and revenue).
- Strong product judgment and the ability to convert intuition into clear direction.
- Comfortable engaging in technical conversations regarding tradeoffs with engineers.
- High level of autonomy, ownership, and urgency in execution.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fully remote, globally distributed team environment.
Responsibilities
- Define product strategy for ambiguous, high-impact areas, making clear prioritization calls based on customer insight, product quality, business impact, and technical feasibility.
- Own complex, cross-surface initiatives from first diagnosis all the way to shipped.
- Live in the product as a user to identify and fix issues proactively.
- Co-own metrics for activation, engagement, retention, and expansion to focus on high-leverage work.
- Lead discovery across users, customers, CX, Sales, and internal teams to inform product direction.
- Partner cross-functionally to navigate hard tradeoffs and create alignment.
- Ensure consistent product look, feel, and value delivery across user groups.
- Communicate complex product thinking through clear, written documentation.
- Raise the standard of product thinking across the team through example.
