Requirements
- Strategic product leadership with experience mentoring and developing product managers.
- Deep, hands-on experience building AI products and tools.
- Proven experience navigating the tension between short-term revenue optimization and long-term customer value.
- Experience managing revenue-generating products backed by clear business metrics.
- Proven ability to lead large cross-functional initiatives across engineering, design, data science, and go-to-market teams.
- Effective communication skills at the executive level.
- Proven track record of building and developing PM teams.
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Ensure execution of a roadmap on the edge of AI innovation is delivered quickly, executing against tradeoffs with agility.
- Lead and develop PMs; build effective partnerships with engineering, design, data science, and revenue teams to ensure effective delivery, resourcing, and cross-org alignment.
- Prioritize product investments across competing roadmaps with clear business cases.
- Balance short-term revenue, long-term user trust, and execution risks.
- Continue to drive innovation for agentic tooling with a customer centric focus.
- Put customer feedback and market progress in AI at the forefront.
