Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience managing projects and teams focusing on integrated campaigns, brand systems, content, and animation.
- Experience with retail and/or event design deliverables.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with teams, clients, and vendors.
- Highly motivated, proactive, and collaborative team player.
- Ability to work effectively with remote team members.
- Proficiency with team-based management tools such as Figma, Notion, and Float.
- Experience in managing large-scale projects with complex timelines and cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of Agile project management practices.
- Strong approach to risk management and change control.
Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with creative leads, designers, animators, and producers to support project execution.
- Implement and follow processes, and manage simultaneous workstreams and teams.
- Develop or co-develop project plans with other Producers and/or the Executive Producer.
- Oversee timelines, day-to-day deliverables, and communicate project statuses with teams and clients.
- Ensure all work streams are delivered on time, within budget, and scope.
- Provide weekly project status updates during production department meetings.
- Evaluate project ideas based on feasibility, budget, timeline, materials, technology, and operational requirements.
- Travel occasionally for client meetings and on-site project management.
- Maintain organization within team-based management tools.
